7 Jun 2009 - Helston Triathlon 2009

The 2009 Helston Triathlon takes place on Sunday June 7th. It is now in its 5th year and is once again included in the British Triathlon South West Series.

It is a sprint distance event with a 400m pool swim, 16.5 mile bike and a 3.5 mile run.

From novice to seasoned triathlete this event is suitable for all.

If you don't feel like participating then come and help out with marshaling the event.  We are very short of marshals for the day, so please let us know if you have friends or family that can help out on the day.  For those interested in marshaling or for any other info please contact Ceri Harvey.
