Ironman Wales

Well done to our three entrants for Ironman Wales. Given the weather down here on Sunday, I can't imagine it was that pleasant on the Welsh coast.

Cardiff Triathlon

This triathlon has a swim in Cardiff Bay, the closed road cycle is on flat scenic roads around Cardiff and finishes with a run out to the Cardiff Bay Barrage.  The weather wasn't as kind as it could have been but Dave was pleased with his time.
